Due to the possible impending doom of this blog, I am moving much of my ‘vanilla’ content over to this SFW blog. Not much there now, but will be doing quite a bit of reblogging over the weekend.

Community seems to be reasonable kinky though, good mix of vanilla and sex blogs. So if you don’t need text and images (you can do one or the other) it might be nice there.

Looks really nice and clean. Has communities and all, feature wise probably better than tumblr. But you gotta have a “verified account” to post content. My content is not really 100% legal, i steal professional porn shoots to caption them. That’s not content they want there.

this seems to be the most natural. Looks like the ugly sibling of tumblr. And feels like it. Works well and all. Sad thing is, it’s basically only porn. No mix with vanilla content. Nice developers though, they communicate well and make you feel loved.

I too have move to BDSMLR, but also miss the “mixed content” that Tumblr had to offer. I steered away from PillowFort after I read their ToS and found out they wanted to collected way too much personal information (name, address, DOB, occupation).
From what I have read doesn’t sound like Tumblr is going to ban folks if they don’t clean up their blogs, simply that content will not be viewable.
FYI, what Tumblr doesn’t tell you about that ginormous ZIP file you end up downloading with all your content, is you can not open it with Windows File Explorer. You will need to download and install 7Zip in order to extract the contents.

Seen many of these type of photos, but I think this is the first I’ve seen with knee high boots.
Looks like we will be moving on over to BDMSLR. Attempting to do an export here at Tumblr, but know it is going to take a while. If you were on BDSMLR earlier this week when Tumblr started their death wish, the site was painfully slow. Performance has increase dramatically though there are still some kinks (not the good kind) they still need to iron out. Not sure if I can (or will) point my domain over there yet as I want to keep Tumblr as there is a lot of non-adult blogs I follow and reblog. Stay tuned!

Looks like lots of folks are moving over there. A lot more stable tonight though there are still some kinks (not the good kind) that need to be worked out. Attempting an export of the content I have collected on Tumblr, hearing takes about 48-hours or so.

I too want to know. So far all I’ve seen is other sites where you can host your content. Hell if I just wanted to host I could throw-up a self-hosted Wordpress site and upload all my content there. However, Tumblr is more than just ‘hosting’ the content, it is about networking…finding other peoples’ blogs with similar kinks and being able to share their content thus growing the network. Furthermore Tumblr offers the above in a safe place. No annoying pop-up ads that crash your browser or attempt to serve you malware.
